Manal is one of the best bosses for whom I've ever worked. Not only is she extremely organized, but she is a leader who joyfully serves her staff in guiding them. She explains things step by step and is willing to help in whatever way she can so that each teacher can do his or her work to the best of that person's ability. Manal is an excellent administrator as well as being a compassionate human being.

Working under the direction of Manal was a great experience. Her concern for teachers and students made working at BEI feel like a family. She always offered support to her staff and ensured teaching assignments were filled. In addition, Manal has great organizational and management skills regarding deadlines, student information, and school policies.
