Family: • Drafting Respondent statement and compiling evidence bundle to contest Non-molestation order. • Conducting telephone conferences/ in person meetings to draft key witness statements. • Mediating with opposing solicitor firm to reach Child arrangement agreement. • Filing C-100 form for Child custody order. • Advising client on relevant evidence required to file Divorce and issuing proceedings. Civil • Drafting Response bundle to contest a Freezing order for asset forfeiture. • Drafting notice on behalf of tenants for housing disputes and tenancy disputes • Successfully conducted a conference with clients for a share distribution contract and drafted it as desired.
