Unbelievable organized and motivated is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Katarzyna. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing her for 3 years, during which she was working as a Cash Office Responsible in my store. Above all, I was impressed with Kasia’s ability to handle even the toughest issues effortlessly. She was constantly focused on increasing productivity and at the same time, she kept the loss prevention KPI's on the lowest level. She was the best trainer I've ever worked with- her goal was constantly to build awareness within a team about the loss prevention role and costs reduction. Thanks to that our KPI's were unbelievably efficient. And, of course, her positive attitude and optimism made each working day a very happy day!
