  Today Heidelberg cement Bangladesh 🇧🇩 Limited 244th Board Meeting appointed me as Head of Internal Audit and Head of Compliance (HIAC).Pursuant to Condition 3(a) of the New Corporate Governance Code notified by the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) dates 3 June 2018. Since 2007 I have been working for Heidelberg Cement Bangladesh Limited as a Head of Audit. Major responsibilities include internal auditing on investigation of cash and bank transaction fraud, evaluation of internal control system, risk assessment, review of process, among others. I have great opportunity to worked with Brunei Supreme Court. Based on my fraud audit report I was witness to give evidence during 12 days trial in the Supreme Court of Brunei Darussalam . Finally HeidelbergCement Brunei won the case based on my strong witness and supporting documents. Interesting was Brunei Government had to bring an experience judge from England for the trial for this special fraud case as in Brunei there was no specialist such types of special judge. HeidelbergCement Bangladesh CEO & Current CEO of China HeidelbergCement Jean Clude Jamar. He selected me based on my capabilities and audit skills and deported me to Brunei for the first time.I also thank Current CEO of HeidelbergCement Marcilino for his encouragement and support for independent audit works. One thing i should mentioned that German Group Audit Director Rob always teach me and tell me to learn World Renounced audit System since 2008.
