1 - Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Review and assess projects submitted to UNAPPP, the Senegalese PPP Unit; Coordinate and review the work of analysts for project documentation including technical analysis, cost-benefit analysis, financial model, due diligence, compliance, regulation, risk analysis and allocation; Follow up and coordinate with all parties (public, private and advisors) throughout all project phases; Conduct training for public authorities. Coordinate and track the PPP Portfolio. EUR 380 million (Closed) ; - Construction of a vaccine manufacturing platform (MADIBA Project) - c. EUR 210 million (Pending) ; - Construction of Aristide Le Dantec (Dakar) and Elhadji Malick Sy (Tivaouane) hospitals - c.
