  My duties as character coach are to provide the staff with the resources to show and teach the students not only what good character is, but what it looks like in everyday life. I come up with short, active lessons that are to be done in every classroom two days of the week in the morning. I also throw what we call kick-offs to get the students and staff pumped up to learn about the character traits and have a good time with it.
