I've had the pleasure of working with James during 2019 and 2020. During that time he was working on our C# .NET, MSSQL SaaS system that was hosted on AWS. There was not an area of the application that he could not explain in every detail. He has a great work ethic and I knew that if I hand something to him that it will get done. Not only was James one of the Senior Software Engineers, but he also run with the duties of Scum Master. James was very methodical and thorough in how he made sure the team delivers what was committed to and he kept the team on target and helped where people was unsure. He ran the stats and everything that needed to be reported on the sprint deliverables to the rest of the business. Comparing James work throughput he could deliver more sellable work with his duties as Scrum Master, than other senior developers in the team who had no Scrum Master duties. When there was anything new technology to learn, James is a passionate learner on technology to always make sure he stays current. I will miss working with James and would love to work with him anytime.
