  • Primarily responsible for assisting and coordinating corporate and large scale events in cooperation with General Manager • Trains event staff on the use of computers, office equipment, and all counter procedures • Works with clients to provide onsite survey inspections and design event plans • Oversee all quotes and reservations with event staff to ensure proper policies are being followed • Regularly communicates with the event staff for details and last minute changes on large events • Delegate duties to event staff as needed • Review staffing needs with General Manager • Update and maintain open contracts and overdue items • In charge of maintaining, processing, and filing of all event purchase orders • Prepares weekly and/or monthly reservation and quote reports • Supervise all event activities and observes day-to-day operations and special projects • Oversees proper procedures are followed for ordering and returning of sub-rental items • Assist event staff when complaints and emergencies arise by investigating and solving the problem • Review inventory recommendations with General Manager • Investigate and review occurrences of overbooking with General Manager • Review events to see what practice or policy needs to be adjusted • Be a liaison between warehouse, delivery, laundry, and rental staff to ensure optimal service Show less

Through the efforts of this fundraiser we have raised over $15,000 for Whatever Ministry.
