Mallory is one of the most dependable, creative, capable, helpful, and knowledgable co-workers that I've ever worked with. She has the ability to wear multiple hats and drive her projects/assignments to success. There has not been anytime where she did not deliver with flying stars. I remember what it was like to be at that moment in life that Mallory Blair is experiencing right now. Terrific skill-set. Smart. A desire to never stop learning. And still figuring out the perfect place to apply all of that! Mallory was our do-it-all person at Rockyou Studio Central. Two examples of her ability to take on an assignment and run with it with little or no supervision: 1. A video that had to be produced in less than a week (we were doing triage on an existing piece that we inherited.) I had an emergency in Florida and Mallory liaisoned with the production company to relate many complicated details to make it happen - and kept me informed of their progress. Result: Video delivered on time! 2. Competitive analysis for a new game. Mallory dug in deep to discover who had what features and how the other games were performing. She did this with no supervision and the information was extremely helpful in developing concepts for our new title. Mallory and I would both be at RockYou still doing this together if it was in our control and it wasn't. Whoever gets Mallory first gets someone with wonderful energy and some great experience to win the game. Literally.
