Jennifer Han
Last semester, I had worked with Sacha to create events around campus while I was the President of Upstarters Concordia Entrepreneurship Club. Within only 8 months and equipped with almost zero resources (Upstarters had only been active for 7 months prior), Sacha and the team had to learn from scratch how to make connections, build marketing plans, build long term goals and act on immediate notice for new opportunities from collaborators every few weeks. Sacha was able to not only maintain the big picture under all the stress of garnering sponsors and coordinating our first Blockchain event, he was also a great example for the rest of the executives at Upstarters. His ability to juggle multiple tasks and self-manage had put an impact on me as the team leader and on the group as a whole. Sacha has a creative and proactive nature that is refreshingly motivating. In addition, his sense of responsibility and empathy for others makes him a great person to work alongside. I look forward to seeing Sacha create further impact in the causes that he believes.
