Bio
Tai Ka Chun (Gordon)
It was my absolute pleasure and honour to have worked with Malini in the 12th cohort of the Axiata University Leadership Development Programme. What I admire most in Malini is her grasp of her field of expertise, and her ability to critically and creatively apply her learnings instantaneously, an ability which shone best during business simulations. In one particular simulation, the rest of the team was struggling to innovate and running behind on time, but Malini quickly stepped up and led us to produce a winning idea and prototype. Her criticality in examining the problems that we faced allowed us to produce a thorough pitch that successfully convinced the judges, culminating in a podium finish in a simulation that we expected the least to achieve. Malini is also an adaptable figure and is detailed in research writing and idea integration. During our simulations, we were commonly asked to research and refer to mountains of information and details, and given tasks with varying degrees of difficulty. Malini was typically a point of reference and was usually seen playing a supporting role in projects by providing details and assistance on-the-go. Overall, Malini is a brilliant and competent individual whom I wholeheartedly recommend.
