Malin is an amazing person to work with. Whilst working at a school in which she was the headmaster, she always made sure things were going ok and always trusted me and the decisions I made. She is a great team player and always respects peoples opinions and always works with people to find the best solution for every situation. If I was ever to move back to Sweden I wouldn’t think twice about accepting a job offer if she offered me a position. Not only was Malin a great person to work with, she also helped me grow as a person and helped me learn so many new skills. She is not afraid of a challenge and always puts her all into everything she does.

Malin Ringblad (referred to later only as Malin) was my manager during the years 2014-2018. Malin has the ability to help her employees grow, this since she is extremely responsive and wants to make every individual want to be their best self. Malin possesses a huge network which can be of benefit to those who show interest. Malin was the one who introduced the internationalization at Stenungsunds Montessori School and ran a variety of projects with different purposes, partly staff exchanges but also several projects aimed for and with the students. When Malin came to Stenungsunds Montessori school, I would like to say that the school was a bit of a blank sheet, when Malin then left school she had built a full-fledged Montessori school. The staff chose, under Malin's leadership, to further educate in Montessori where the development of Montessori pedagogy at the school became a common interest of the staff. Malin keeps her employees around her back, something I value with a manager, she is fair and efficient. She is also incredibly knowledgeable in the school system as a whole and Montessori pedagogy as her niche. Malin leaves an imprint and I sincerely hope that I get the chance to work with her in the future.
