I have worked with Malin for more than 10 years. He is like an oracle to his team, holding a wealth of knowledge, able to answer any question at any time. He has the ability to simplify complex business requirements and provide guidance, often stepping in to resolve the toughest challenges. At team meetings he asserts progress, offers insight and provides in-depth business knowledge to keep the team in line with target dates. Malin co-ordinates interaction between the business, architects, developers and testers and is highly sought after by all involved. He has excellent communication skills and the ability to explain requirements at a level appropriate to the designated audience. Malin never lets anyone down and I think that instils confidence in the team to succeed. His commitment is exemplary and his work ethic commands respect. Malin also has strong technical skills, particularly with SQL and data analysis. He is the nicest person to work with and his light-hearted demeanour contributes to a fun and engaging working environment for all involved. He would be an invaluable addition to any team.

I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Malin for over 12 years. He consistently impresses me with his energy, focus and attention to detail. His has amassed a vast breadth and depth of knowledge across both business and full-stack technology domains and is regularly called upon by Mastercard’s global loyalty teams for his expertise and guidance. He conceptualises quickly and can easily move from deep technical discussions with tech leads / architects to detailed discussions with engineers to business outcome discussions with global product management teams. Importantly, Malin builds deep relationships with business and technology peers and readily shares his skills and knowledge to help others. He is a very good communicator and has developed a reputation for producing high quality documentation, diagrams and user stories. He brings people together. I highly recommend Malin.
