Before the store opened, I was sent to Florence, Italy for a week of training with the store manager. We got the opportunity to learn all about the brand and the production of handmade leather shoes and bags, we were lucky enough to spend so much time in the factories, to really be able to understand in depth how everything was composed and thereby also understand the value of the product to then be able to sell more. I was responsible for all the supplies and everything related to the stock, besides me maintaining the high level of service in the store and still being top seller. I always made sure that we had a "perfect store" which means the store must be in the absolute best condition, everything should be in its place and it should be clean and neat. I was also responsible for all merchandising in the store, along with the resigned merchandiser from headquarters we made the store fantastically beautiful. Me and the store manager where sent to Salzburg, Austria for a week of training and I worked closely with her and learned a lot. I have been working there as a sales assistant since September 2011, with the responsibility of the stock, packaging and maintaining the service level on the sales floor. The best feeling for me is when the customer is satisfied and happy about the purchase and walk out of the store with a big smile. Me and the store manager where sent to Salzburg, Austria for a week of training and I worked closely with her and learned a lot.
