Acting as a link between the Sales and Marketing teams, I was working closely with the regional Sales Managers in order to understand and analyse the market place and our sales results. I was responsible for the sales governance through opportunity management, forecasting, reporting and analysis of the sales pipeline. This included managing large data sets and being able to interpret and extract information that adds value to the sales teams. The outcome of this analysis was used to put in place Strategic Account and Territory planning together with the Sales Manager. The role required a thorough understanding of the business and its values and priorities.An analytical mindset as well as excellent communication skills were key competencies in order to demonstrate the the outcome of analysis done and the impact it has on the business. The role required partnering with other teams and stakeholders at all levels in the company, including Director level.

My role as Portfolio Specialist is to manage the investment made by HPFS into leasing contracts with our customers as the contract reaches End of Term. As part of the inside Sales team, I actively manage the Nordic portfolio of leasing contracs at the end and/or mid term of the Asset Management lifecycle. Apart from daily customer interaction, my role also includes sales pipeline management, risk assessment and ad hoc projects. I am also responsible for analysis of my portfolio in order to identify opportunities for Value Add services. I cooperate on a daily basis with internal departments such as Field Sales, Customer Delivery, Collections, Finance, Credit and Legal. This is crucial in order to find solutions that can help my customers when it comes to restructures and refinancing of their existing contracts.The role includes clear undrstanding of revenue/cost and the accounting methods applied. Apart from my Portfolio Specialist role, I'm also part of a global HPFS project to improve our customers' experience of our services. We work closely with our customers to device strategies to pre-empt potential issues.
