I translated a culinary book under the title "365 days of the sun" from Russian to English. The book takes one on a gastronomic journey through Uzbekistan. It includes 360 pages and 230 photos. Chef Bahriddin Chustiy and a talented food photographer Andrei Arakelyan traveled around the country in search of unique recipes and chefs of the national Uzbek cuisine.
