Making a positive recommendation for Malika is very easy. Malika knows every frame of every TV show ever made, or so it seems. She keeps up with every new show that is on air and on the same day it airs she will know the ratings, the target audience, and how happy the channel is. Now that knowledge alone is impressive enough, but what Malika does with that knowledge is where she becomes a superstar. She translates her knowledge of the international content market into opportunities for the company she works for. Either by seeing the appetite for a format for the french market ór by seeing the trend the format is starting and acting on that trend. Because Malika understands the market ánd the creative minds in her company, she was able to signal trends early and start the creative process to respond to trend with their own formats. The French market isn't easy, so to be recognized in that market at the high level that Malika operates is no small accomplishment. In short I would hire Malika in a heartbeat if I had an opening.
