This included generating regular reports for both senior management and FIFA. Heavily involved in the production of reconciliation materials following project closure. Able to work with large amounts of data and extract relevant facts and information. •Responsible for managing the design and production of ticket stock as well as other materials such as media brochures, ticket guides and other production materials. •Produced detailed project calendars and timelines using MS Project in order to fully track ongoing projects. Included allocating resources, defining milestones and applying earned value analysis to projects. Timelines were developed to plan and implement the Bulk Print operation as well as the design and production of ticket stock and procurement of bespoke ticket terminals. •Managed the Bulk Print Operation during a 4 month deployment to Brazil prior to and during the event itself.
