   DCS and PLC operation. The DCS is delta V operate system by Emerson process management & PLC system of Allen Bradley  Safe and smooth operation of plant and handling of different emergences regarding rotary equipment like centrifugal, positive displacement pump, compressor, heat exchangers and instrument failure.  Trouble shooting during normal operation as well as in startup and shut down of the plant.  03 Trains of three phase separators for complete separations of water Crude oil & gases. Each Train contains HP separator, (800 psig), MP Sep (300 psig), LP Sep (70 psig).  For complete stabilization of crude oil 2 units are in operations.  MEG is injected in gas dehydration unit for the removal of moisture from gases and also MEG Re-generated in MEG re generation unit.  LPG unit consist of De-Ethanizing and De-Butanizing unit.
