Malene har været en utrolig vellidt medarbejder på Dansk SymbioseCenter og blev på ganske kort tid en af nøglemedarbejderne for at de mange projekter lykkedes. Det hænger sammen med at Malene på én gang besidder evnen til at arbejde stålsat og uden slinger i valsen under store forandringer og på samme tid tænker visionært, har et stort engagement og tager ansvar for alle opgaver og kollegaer i processen.
