  -Led implementation (as PI) of one research and seven implementation research projects including strategic project planning, project management, budgeting and government approval, recruitment, etc. with all stakeholders including BRAC program (BRAC Agriculture and Food Security Program/AFSP, Micro-finance, WASH, Education, Advocacy/Adolescent Development Program, etc.), government departments (NGO Bureau, Department of Agricultural Extension and Local Government) and Bangladesh Bank. -Developed about seven successful project proposal and mobilized fund in the area of agriculture and rural economics in consultation with BRAC Program Directors and External Stakeholders, namely, International Initiative for Impact Evaluation/3ie, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation through Center for Development Research/ZEF, Australian DFAT, International Growth Center/IGC through Monash University and BRAC. -Led implementation of those research activities including survey set-up, data collection, management and analyses using statistical software (STATA, SPSS, etc.) and MS-Excel through guidance of about 8-9 Junior and mid-level Researchers at the ‘Agricultural Economics Research Unit’ at BRAC RED and some PhD Students of collaborating institutions and building their capacities.-Designed and coordinated intervention activities related with those implementation research projects with BRAC Program Directors, donors and Government Departments. -Extended the frontier of knowledge, generated insights for BRAC programs and donors, and represent BRAC through producing quite good number of quality publications and presenting research results at nationally, regionally and internationally, etc.
