I perform a day to day routine services that includes selling and delivering and doing stock on hand. I'm responsible for recruiting, doing payrolls, leading, motivating and developing the sale team within my geographical area. Driving sales and delivering profit to the TBBC clients and by managing a team sales to ensure that our clients have our brands and it is available and visible to township customers as well. My duties are to manage call cycles of the team to ensure that all specialists visit/call targets for the area. I lead the sales team to ensure that brand sales specialist achieve daily targets and adhere to the TBBC standards and policies and procedures. I coach, mentor, motivate and manage team members in trade in order to increase sales on a daily basis. I accompany individual team members in the field on a one to one basis at least 5 times a week to ensure efficient sales execution. I worked an early morning shift from 5am to 2pm. Offloading cold-chain track within 8 to 15 minutes. Unpacking stock and removing waste products before the store opens. Receiving bakery, ambient and other fresh stock every morning, doing admin and closing off the day for the shift and preparing for the next day shift. Also worked as a National Credit Regulator agent, responsible for the regulation of the South African credit industry, investigating issues of the complaints and ensuring the enforcement of the National Credit Act. I was promoting the development of an accessible credit market, particularly addressing the needs of the historically disadvantaged, low-income earners and remote, isolated or low-density communities.
