  Developed the business from scratch in South Africa. C-Lines is a French Company specializing in full climate controlled poultry houses for the broiler and layer chicken industries. Was in charge of research, development, marketing and executive management of the entire Sub Saharan Region, travelling with clients to Europe showing them examples of existing projects that had been installed and sold by C-Lines France in countries like, Germany, Great Britain, Austria, Hungary and France. Included procurement of local suppliers of materials and manufacturers, as well as negotiation, contracting and oversight of manufacture of certain components locally. Selected and employed technical team to install poultry houses as they were sold. Scope of duties was entirely multi faceted, including management of logistics, Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations, Technical, Accounting & Financial, Reporting, Trade Shows, Advertising and Customer Liaison. Achieved R59 million (ZAR) of sales in the second year of operation and 110 million USD in year 3.
