Malcolm is one of those rare managers, who have such an impact on your life that you gain tremendous wisdom and knowledge to carry through your entire career. Two and a half years ago, Malcolm reached out to me with a tremendous opportunity to join his team of project and program professionals, after working together previously on a smaller initiative. I was inspired by his passion and dedication to the team he was building as well as his philosophy on project and program work. His leadership and strategic approach to everything from yearly budget planning to recruiting new talent has ensured the organization reaps the benefits. His attention to detail and strong work ethic as well as driving professionalism makes Malcolm the go-to person to make sure the job gets done. I had the opportunity to work with Malcolm at First Data’s Digital Commerce Solutions, where he led the PMO in the delivery of Apple Pay and Android Pay for Quick Serve Restaurants and Petroleum clients.
