What I really admire about Malcolm is his ability to pick up new technologies for the benefit of NZLS. He rolled out iPads before they became mainstream; virtualised and outsourced the server environment several years back; and also adopted Cloud to gain efficiency. Malcolm is also really good at figuring out the right service provider to partner with, all of these partnerships have yielded high returns for the Society.
