During our time as team members of the Adelaide University Motorsport Team (AUMT), Malcolm has proven to be a valuable mentor of mine. I have been able to learn a lot from Malcolm when helping to design, build and race AUMT's Formula SAE vehicle. Malcolm is a skilled user of CAD and FEA software, demonstrated through various designs of his used by AUMT. He also has considerable automotive engineering knowledge, which I have been able to learn from when developing components for the powertrain in AUMT's Formula SAE car. The people skills which Malcolm possesses would be useful to any employer. He is easy to get along with and explains concepts well, which has benefited me immensely during our time working together.
