  • Organising site set up: cabins, perimeter fencing, power supply, prestart meetings• Organising equipment and plant• Ordering materials• Inducting contractors making them aware of site rules and regulations• Interpret working drawings• Ensure all risk assessments and method statements are in place and adhered to by sub-contractors and HFC employees• Responsible for site security• Monitoring and inspection of works to ensure compliance and reporting progress• Health and safety audits – making sure everyone on site is working safely and to the permit to work• Ensuring sub-contractors and HFC employees sign on to HAVS registers when drilling and breaking out materials, and are wearing the correct PPE for the work area• Give sub-contractors and HFC employees weekly toolbox talks• Liaise with client, regular site meetings, discussing any issues that may arise• Responsible for updating site diaries and employees timesheets• Ensuring QA sheets are kept up to date• Responsible for CVIs, EW, RFIs Notices• Ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with the contract information and to the required quality standards
