Responsibilities: o QA lead for the multiple projects, responsible in planning and mentoring the QA team. o Participation in Walkthrough and Periodic Meetings with Clients, Business and Development team leads to coordinate, resolve and schedule testing efforts. o Ensure quality of software and systems through the development of test plans, writing Automation test scripts and scripts execution of both Automation and Manual Testing. Work closely with project managers, product managers and developers to implement high quality software development process. o Develop and execute test plans and scripts for new software functionality or other changes (i.e. Defect fixes, data schema changes) to ensure that they function properly. o Develop and execute regression test plans and scripts to ensure that existing features continue to function properly when new features are added or defects are fixed. o Conducting variety of testings i.e. UI, functional, database (backend), regression, browser compatibility, web and desktop, databases by following Agile methodology. o Report, track and help determine priority of reported defects during UAT. o Automated an application by Selenium Webdriver and also integrated Jenkins in Selenium 2.0. o Working experience in Salesforce platform.

BB&T Bank offers a complete range of financial services including banking, lending, insurance, trust, and wealth management solutions. It is the nation's 10th largest financial-holding company with more than 30,000 employees and more than 1,800 locations in 12 states & Washington, D.C. It was customer facing bank’s portal. I worked as UAT QA for Online Sales and Promotions module in their website. The module has various ongoing promotional banners, which needed to be change time to time. Each banner has a multiple subscriptions form and promotion detail pages etc. Responsibilities: o Interacted with Business team to get the new enhancements request and documentation. o Participated in requirement meetings and discussing with tech team on daily Scrum Meeting (as it is agile). o Verified of page contents in all the stages of environment such as development, review, Web cert and production after getting new changes/enhancements from Tech Team Lead. o Involved in verifying Promotion banner weightage, size and hyperlinks images using Fiddler tool. o Wrote test cases based upon requirement document for promotion related customer subscription/registration pages. o Involved in executing test cases. o Performed load testing for the pages for 100 concurrent users using Load Runner. o Used QTP for functional testing on user subscription/registration pages. o Verified the site targeting different browser like Safari, Firefox, Chrome and different versions of IE browser using tool IE Tester. o Validated data in SQL Server after submitting the forms data and validating data in the tables to make sure data is stored properly. o Tested various reports and validated the report data from the tables. o Promoted/Deployed the code into different environment Review to Web Cert (UAT) environment to Development after testing using Intrapub. o Used Online Channel Communication tool (OCCT) for real time job work communication with other team members.
