Simultaneously worked on 2 lines of business - Aggregation and DTE (Direct-to-employer) in which the processes for identifying fraudulent vacancies were very different.Responsibilities:- creation and improvement of sites validation rules- development of tools and processes to improve sites validation- detailed analysis of sites and vacancies for signs of fraud- analysis of the validation process at competitors- assistance in managing teams of remote employees who work part-time (validation team - Aggregation, moderation team - DTE)
