Максим - самый мощный руководитель подразделения корп. продаж, которого я знаю. Под его началом отдел продаж превратился в настоящих звезд продаж, которые били все возможные рекорды по выполнению планов. Он умеет замотивировать команду, работать с выигрышами каждого. Он очень тщательно подбирает себе людей в команду. Важный показатель - за 4 года из его отдела ушел только 1 сотрудник. Он умеет выращивать A-players.
