  Prior to joining MSI, worked for eight years for PDVSA El Tablazo, one of the largest petrochemical complexes in Venezuela, where conducted analysis, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and failure studies on a wide variety of rotating machines, combining data on their dynamic conditions, tribological information, and process operating data in order to develop fundamental understanding and solutions to mechanical problems. Experienced in the assembly, disassembly, installation, and maintenance of large equipment such as steam turbines, gas turbines, centrifugal compressors, pumps, generators, motors, centrifugal dryers, and fans. Extensive training programs in the operation and maintenance of many types of equipment of specific manufacturers. As part of these efforts, acquired significant test stand and field testing experience, as well as involvement in machinery specification, vendor selection/coordination, witness acceptance tests, and machinery commissioning.
