Mr. Ataya and I worked for a City during a time of Municipal Code re-write. Weekly meetings were held and Mr. Ataya was always prepared. During this time during winter storms the City suffered damage to several different streets. Mr. Ataya was responsible for coordinating with FEMA and bringing the projects to completion with the City's major street closed for over 2 months for repairs. Mr. Ataya prepares complete staff reports and presents well prepared reports to City Council and Planning Commission.
