  I am running classes for children, helping them to learn relaxation skills, to become aware of their bodies, feelings and emotions. These techniques help them to develop concentration, to improve behaviour, promote positive self-image, self-esteem and unique creativity, to reduce stress and learn methods how to face with daily challenges. Classes are always fun and include different activities and exciting games: dynamic warm-ups and exercising, movement and relaxing stretching, breathing exercises, peer/self massage, affirmations, relaxations and visualisations.
