Whilst leading the marketing team it has been most important for me to be able to learn parts of my team's job roles on the go. It has been rewarding to mentor and motivate other members of the team whilst supporting my direct line manager in pushing all 5 of our business divisions forward. In this role I have learnt a whole arrangement of new skills, over the past year I have been refining them and am now confident enough to share with Linkedin my journey. In my current role I specialise in graphic design for and occupational health provider, an audiological clinic company, a retail hearing aid accessories website, an online earwax removal specialist finder tool and a medical education course provider - which are all part of the Bennet Hear4U & Healthscreen Companies (BHHC). In addition to this I am responsible for all physically printed materials to be kept up to date and delivered to their relevant business locations, as well as ensuring our team is on-task throughout the week and reaching important project milestones. I regularly use my side-skillsets of computer literacy and coding knowledge to create HTML content, e-mail mailshots that focus on re-marketing to existing customers and purchasing/repair of company hardware when required and appropriate. Finally I am frequently involved in/responsible for employee recruitment processes ranging from writing job descriptions, to initial conversations and interview organisation, to conducting said interviews and assisting upper management with decision making that holds the company's best interest at heart. After completing my apprenticeship I am now fully employed at Hear4U & Healthscreen LTD, providing solutions to website design, graphic design, SEO implementation and all other marketing responsibilities.Since July 2021 I have had the opportunity to advance to the Digital Marketing Assistant Manager role.
