I'm currently a junior Mechanical Engineer at Puncak Niaga Construction Sdn Bhd. I handling D44 Project directly under Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pembentungan (JPP) which is design and build a wastewater network in Kuala Lumpur. Specifically, I'm handling all Network Pumping Station (NPS) that come with the forcemain pipe network in this project. There are 10 NPS in this project which 8 NPS already build and 2 are still under construction. I will closely monitor the NPS that is still under construction I will attend every site inspection, and monitor all the works on site, also including all the papers works regarding this building such as RFI, IRF, Site Diary, Method of Statement, Shop Drawing, Report, Letter to Client/Authority and solve any raise up issue on the site. For other NPS, I'm focusing on the defect items considering 5 NPS is still under the PDC7 stage. Close monitoring for all defects to be close and ready for the PDC8 stage. While the other 3 NPS was still in DLP (defect liability period), I was responsible to get a report every month from the client if there is any problem issue and targeted to close all the comment by the end of the DLP stage. Currently constructing NPS building which is 8 meters underground, construct bridge crossing the river and crossing DUKE highway for laying forcemain pipe.
