  As a System Engineer in CASTIL Project was to perform back-office support and /or proactive support and implementation of infrastructure to enable SIS software products, services and solutions to our client PT. Caltex Pacific Indonesia. Main duties in CASTIL Project are: - Provide high quality on-site support to clients, resolving infrastructure issues and sharing information. - Deployed and integrate hardware (servers, storage devices, etc.), operating systems, databases and SIS applications. We deployed more than 10,000 of PCs, Notebooks, Printers and other hardware in this project. - Ensure correct installation of databases (including supporting systems and software), and that backup, recovery and security procedures are being implemented and followed.  - Assist in the development of customized application or configuration projects (e.g. scripting)  - Collaborate with network and security staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of SIS applications and systems.
