At Fennies Nurseries, I independently manage: - Content creation - Social calendar - Social strategy - Analysing and reporting of the Fennies social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, as well as our Recruitment Instagram and our sister company Origen. My efforts successfully built an engaged community of over 9,000 followers. I visit the Fennies sites to film and photograph content that I ensure is in line with our brand guidelines and the social media strategy. When I’m not out filming and creating social content, I spend my time creating, implementing and updating my social media strategy along with analysing data, researching trends and broadening my social media knowledge. In 2022, my social media marketing efforts for Fennies Nurseries resulted in the overall growth of the social channels by +91% and increased the following by over 3,000. I work with a range of people at Fennies, including the senior management team and the wider Fennies education, training and recruitment teams. I have created strong bonds with the teams to make sure they are comfortable in front of the camera. I have presented social media marketing strategies and reported to a variety of people including the Managing Director, the CMO, the CPO and the Marketing Manager. Worked with Channel 4's Sam Wass and Dame Sarah Storey to create content as well as our internal Grapic Desgin and our External Videographer.
