I've had the privilege to work under her leadership and alongside her while she was a Senior Producer, where she taught me many of the tools of the trade that I am implementing to this day. Words fall short to describe and/or elaborate on who Maira is. From her excellent attentiveness to detail, her organization, her natural ability to lead and conquer conversations, professionalism assertive yet tender demeanor when navigating questions while conducting interviews, and the way she "makes it happen". Maira is a phenomenal leader and overall asset to any team she is apart of!
