Maili is an excellent service advisor and a pleasure to work with. She kept me in the loop from start to finish and went out of her way to coordinate between the dealer, the insurance company and myself to get me back up and running. She never made a promise she couldn't keep and always made sure to clarify everything and any possible issue before I walked away to avoid any miscommunication. She would make sure I had no questions before I left and kept me informed of every change in status. I get in service things go wrong and time tables change but communication is key. With customer service the way it is now a days its a pleasure to work eith someone who actually cares and follows through.
