When I think about Maic I think about a caring manager and leader that favours transparency and development. I had the pleasure of working closely with Maic for almost 3 years during which I reported to him. I was particularly impressed by Maic’s determination to show up for himself and the team. His drive for development and success is indeed an inspiration to us all. Under Maic’s leadership, we were able to have an open and transparent environment where we could be ourselves and voice our opinions. I will always remember Maic’s encouraging SMS the morning of my first external presentation in Oslo. It still warms my heart when I think about it.
