Over time my role as Project Coordinator expanded to include managing and working directly in all areas of the business: software implementation, customer service, marketing, recruitment, client coaching, accounts, staff training and management, sales, and website development and maintenance. On top of my Web Designer duties, my role at Savvy expanded dramatically after just 4 months of employment. I now coordinate all client projects and most internal projects as well. I use many different software platforms to meet the needs of our clients, investigate new systems to improve the business and our products, and put my organisational skills to work in automating and refining as many processes as possible.
