Through the tenure I started leading 5 main sub-functions of Operations Maturity impacting $500M+ business to drive global change management through standardization, process excellence & maturity through ISO 9000 & 20000 roll out, metrics-measurement and innovation culture. Started as Operations Manager in 2007 then to Senior Manager in 2009 and Associate Director in 2012 through my journey in Operations Maturity. Won Cognizant's prestigious Annual Innovationward under “Process Innovation” category in 2010 by presenting “Automating ITIL “. I have authored a chapter in the Annual Innovation book named “Automating ITIL”. Our team’s innovation was among the Top 3 Process Innovators under “Process Innovation” category in 2009 by presenting “Operations Maturity Framework“. Have co-authored and published a Chapter in the Annual Innovation book named “Operations Maturity Framework”.
