I highly recommend Mahta for any Human Resources or Talent Acquisition role! Mahta would bring her all to every endeavor, always impressing and connecting with others. Our TA team was hit with ups and downs, lefts and rights, and major changes during Mahta's tenure. Mahta helped keep the ship afloat by staying organized, holding herself accountable to a very high standard of work, and supporting the transitions that happened on our team. In terms of metrics, Mahta was the highest performer in our group, far exceeding any goal that was set. When there was an opportunity to connect with her peers - like voluntary, in-person social events and in-person meetings - Mahta was glad to attend. Her technical knowledge was excellent, with the ability to apply academic analytical frameworks and professional insight to her projects.
