  -Büyükyalı Project Project Architect of a very exciting residential-led mixed use development near by the Bosporus in Istanbul/Turkey. The project`s name is Büyükyalı Project. It has got a density of circa 300 000m2 new construction area and 16 000m2 historical building renovations. It includes residential, hotel and office and retail spaces. The developers are OZAK GYO and EMLAK GYO, which are among the most well-known investors in Turkey. MAR Architects is the main designer firm being responsible for the overall design coordination and site inspection. CHAPMAN TAYLOR is the concept developer design firm for the facade works, and PRIEDEMAN is the facade consultant firm. • Preparation of architectural plans, elevations ,sections and detail sheets • Reviewing and approving the shop drawings produced by sub-contractors • Coordination of architectural drawings with MEP and structural drawings • Submitting finished drawings and project schedules to sub-contractors and site • Procurement of materials and following up on the materials quantities • Coordinating with other architecture team to ensure compliance of project’s requirements • Preparation of architectural drawings including 3D modeling • Preparing the working documentation and architectural detailing particularly for the facade works as well as roof work Show less
