   Coordinate and manage the activities of the three departments of the production department such as :  Wells department (Service Puits). The main operations are : Coiled tubing clean out and nitrogen kickoff; acidizing, salt and asphalts treatment; Gas lift optimization; check and record oil, gas and water walls parameters  Wire line department (Service Wire Line). The main operations are : Scratch & Drift the tubing; check the sediment fill, recording down hole survey, down hole sampling, Fishing tool…  Snubbing and work over intervention department (Service Intervention).  Co-ordinate and implemented strategies to optimally recover and produce remaining reserves whilst maximizing added value in GASSI-El AGREB oil field.  Prepare yearly oil production, gas and water injection forecast, yearly operation and production equipment budget and expenses, report monthly and yearly Miscellaneous Production Costs and Expenses. Compiled year end production reports.  Improve communication among the technical disciplines, field and office in order to enhance operational efficiencies, lower costs and improve production economics.  Regular contacts with management, engineers, Foremen, Technicians, Operators, for coordination of wells activities and ensuring a safe working culture to improve Production recovery.  Maintain design integrity and quality requirements through the management of change and specification deviation processes in accordance with the company's project management system  Ensure that the field personnel have suitable levels of safety and technical training.
