Key activities which took place were; • Management of Sub-contractors to ensure health & safety, program and budget are in place and on track. • Review and approval of quality, ITPs, RAMS, UTB’s, RFI’s, MAF’s, FCR’s and creation of drawing register for scope of work. • Creating permit to work procedures such as Permit to break ground and pump water and work under overhead lines. • Liaising with support teams throughout Align to ensure all aspects of works have been correctly implemented, (environmental, utilities, temporary works, health and safety and quality). • Checking as-built drawings and working with sub-contractors (engineers) to ensure levels are correct and issuing it out through health and safety file. • Procurement of materials for sub-contractors works, liaising with suppliers and ensuring the design spec matches the materials ordered, checks are then done on site for correct installation on the permanent works (design life of 120 years) • Creating programs for scopes of works and ensuring key deadlines are met and the budget is controlled. • Reviewing payment allocations for sub-contractors' scope and liaising with commercial teams for any disputes. • Working with Agent, general foremen, site engineers (subcontractors), project and construction manager to assist with daily tasks and offer any solutions for constraints discovered on-site .
