1-Responsible for two workplaces first on producing wood paintings and the second producing automotive paints. 2-Lead around 100 workers and supervisors to achieve our production plan. 3- Make the daily production plan with my manager and planning engineers. 4- Calculate the cycle time for preparing and packaging for each product. 5- Calculate the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) which indicate the Availability, Performance and Quality. 6-Minimize the scrap in packaging materials and raw materials. 7-Scheduling the maintenance table for each line with maintenance engineers. 8-Provide my team with technical support and training as we have an automatic system process in making automotive putty working by a SKADA system. 9-Provide a prompt analytical solution where I may work nights and weekends. 1-Make the working drawings for the workshops. 2-Work on the design software like SOLIDWORKS and AUTOCAD. 3-Prepare sheet metal working on software like Pro-nest and Astra nesting for laser and plasma cutting machines. 4-Make the bill of material for each machine for purchasing. 5-Supervise the production plan and the manufacturing process. An Achievement: I’ve made a big data Excel sheet for all machines when you enter the number of machines you need to produce, this sheet gives you the number of bars, rods, steel sections, screws, nuts, bushes, valves and everything in the machine in its sizes, weights and amounts.
