  I am a 25 year old Honours in Industrial Psychology graduated obtained at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal during 2016. I further perused my technical knowledge and experience with Momentum Metropolitan where I landed a permanent role as a Human Capital Associate/Consultant. My daily activities include: -acting as an advisor to staff on IR issues-update and maintain HR reports -coordinate and facilitate employee focus groups-drive change initiatives working with HCBPs-administer on-boarding and off-boarding of employees-Capture IR issues onto peoplesoft -facilitate IR administration and cases -assist with payroll, medical aid, maternity and employee benefit query -hr administration and assisting with HR projects (such as wellness events, reward and recognition) -manage Employment Equity plan by implementing initiatives that enable achievement of EE targets -drafting and delivering telegrams to AWOL employees -digitization of the recruitment process -screening CVs, scheduling interviews, arrange interview packs, conduct interviews, send candidates for assessment, mie and kris checks, have feedback sessions with managers and specialists, communicate with successful and unsuccessful employees, extend offers. On my spare time I work with Mamelodi Sundowns, Motsepe Foundation and drench myself with CSI projects that are aimed at community upliftment.
