  Mahlatse Jack Tladi was born on April 4, 1988 in Transvaal, Limpopo, where he grew up, as a first born of Ntebaleng David and Angelina Tladi. In 1994, he moved to Gauteng, Tembisa in Johannesburg. He then completed his high school studies at Ivory Park high in 2008. Mahlatse further enrolled for Bachelor of Administration degree at the University of the Free State in 2009. Mahlatse graduated from the university with a Bachelor of Administration degree in 2012. He then enrolled for an honors degree in Public Management at the university of the Free State in 2013. Mahlatse began to work for Dis-chem Pharmacy DC in Midrand in 2014. He then resigned from dis-chem in 2015 and joined Health Science Academy as a Freelance Facilitator. As he did not have any qualifications of being a facilitator, assessor and Moderator, he then registered for assessor and moderator course with competitive edge in 2018. However, Mahlatse obtained his qualifications from competitive edge as an assessor and moderator in 2018. He then further registered for Occupational Health and Safety facilitation certificate with Oxbridge Academy in 2018. He also obtained his certificate as a qualified Occupational health and Safety Facilitator from Oxbridge Academy in 2018. Mahlatse is now registered as an assessor and moderator with services and LG SETA. He is currently working for Signa Academy in Randburg as a Project management facilitator and assessor. After a long struggle, Mahlatse then decided to open a consulting and Skills development service provider, being Mahlatse’s Facilitation and Training Consultant (PTY) LTD.
