Mahi is a talented operator. He has a wide knowledge base, is an effective communicator, but his best trait is his boundless enthusiasm. Cliche as it may sound, any room Mahi walks into immediately brightens up. I would hire Mahi 10 out of 10 times, and wish I had an 11th job to offer him.
